It is understood and agreed that the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau will not provide any funds for the activity, nor will it be responsible in any way for commitments made by organizer(s) of the activity.
The activity will be held in accordance with applicable laws and will not compromise the reputation of the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau
All advertising/promotional materials related to the activity and any use of the Fondation’s name and logo must be approved by the Fondation prior to printing or distribution.
At any time, the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau reserves the right to withdraw it approval of the activity.
The proceeds generated by the activity, the financial results and the information necessary to issue receipts for tax purposes will be forwarded to the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau within thirty (30) days of the event.
