Giving Tuesday Now for a Cancer-Free Childhood

On May 5, the Fondation Charles-Bruneau will be participating in Giving Tuesday Now, a world day dedicated to generosity and solidarity in order to meet the unprecedented needs generated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In Québec, more than 2,000 children are currently diagnosed with cancer and nearly 300 new cases are diagnosed each year. The Fondation hopes that all these children will one day be able to say: “When I grow up, I’ll be cured! ». We are on the way to achieving this goal; it’s only a matter of time before we get there.

Day after day, new discoveries are being made, discoveries that bring us closer to a solution that will give children with cancer a better chance of a cure and improve their quality of life so that they can have a real return to health, without after-effects or complications.

But these revolutionary progresses cannot happen without your generosity and the generosity of our many partners. This is why the Fondation Charles-Bruneau invites you to participate in the #GivingTuesdayNow movement on Tuesday, May 5, 2020.

Together we can cure and give our children a brighter future.

Thank you for supporting pediatric hemato-oncology research.
