One hero and two heroines who inspire others with their experiences in pediatric oncology
Alicia, Ophélie, and Émilie were there on September 27 to cheer on the 500 participants in the fifth friendly ball hockey tournament to benefit childhood cancer research.

An ambassador and an ambassadress team up for a cancer-free childhood
Two familiar faces at the Coupe Charles-Bruneau, sports columnist Meeker Guerrier and host and columnist Isabelle Éthier, have agreed to serve as Ambassador and Ambassadress for the Coupe Charles-Bruneau. This close-knit and slightly competitive duo certainly contributed to the festive and electric atmosphere that reigned throughout the day.
Goal exceeded! Record amount raised for the 2025 edition of the Coupe Charles-Bruneau in Montreal
This year’s goal was to raise a net of $1.2 million for pediatric hematology-oncology research… and it is with immense pride that this ambitious goal was achieved. In fact, $1.3 million was raised by the 48 teams, their supporters, donors and, of course, thanks to the invaluable support of our partners, including our presenting partner IGA.
The Coupe Charles-Bruneau is a family-friendly event that continues to grow in popularity year after year.
