The Gourmet Evening is just around the corner and here’s what you can expect!
The Charles-Bruneau’s Gourmet Evening presented by IGA is back with a virtual format for a brand new edition! The gourmet event has a number of surprises for the guests, who will be gathering to raise funds to support the mission of the Charles-Bruneau Foundation: to give all children with cancer the best chances of recovery by funding pediatric cancer research projects.
A memorable gourmet experience
Those who attend the event will have the chance to receive a lunch box containing a 5-course menu, created by the chefs of great Montreal addresses: Vin Papillon, Joe Beef and Rhubarbe pastry shop. With a regular or vegetarian option, the most demanding gourmets will certainly be satisfied!
Without revealing all the dishes that will be served, we are excited to reveal the dessert that will be served: a delicious maple Saint-Honoré!

Meet our hosts, Emmanuel and Philomène Bilodeau! Who is better than such a talented father-daughter duo to be at the head of the Charles-Bruneau’s Gourmet evening presented by IGA? The dynamic duo has generously agreed to host the event in support of a cause that is close to their hearts: the fight against pediatric cancer.

Participants can also expect some great guests, including mixologist Maxime Boivin, known for his participation in the show Ça finit bien la semaine.
The auction
